Love the urethal insert

Base rings: excellent, no flagging visible, good size range.

Cage: good,

Urethral insert - in concept great, in practice, the insert frame is just a little too short. The frame causes pinching at the end near the insert. The urethral port does not align well with the cage's drain port and is entirely inside the cage (meaning that urine is likely to be trapped in the cage instead of directed out.

The urethral frame decreases the gap size at the bottom of the cage so you may have to use a larger size ring than you are used to.

Received intact exactly as shown 11 days after order was placed. The cage and base rings are formed of smooth hard plastic. The 40mm, 45mm, 50mm, 55mm, 60mm base rings are oval measuring 3mm less in the lock direction. The tiny 2pin 10mm long lock and its keys are unique and irreplaceable. The 4mm od posts on each base ring are 25mm apart. The cage is very smooth under clothing with the lock fully recessed. The 26mm long 7mm od 3mm id catheter portion which tapers smoothly to 5mm od also has a 7mm long 5mm od extension which the metal strap is welded to. This 9mm wide 30mm long strap is also welded to the 38mm id c-ring. When worn, the ring is pushed into the cage causing the extension no longer point out of the 11mm id circular opening. Both the cage and the c-ring tilt 2mm independently and may pinch a bit where they touch. A 14mm long 1/4 inch od 3/16 inch id udp natural polyethylene tubing found in usa fits tightly over the catheter extension and stays within the cage exit hole.

So far it is very comfortable to wear, have not tried the catheter yet

The cage is the best.
The tube doesn't fit in the tubes length, it's a little short.
