All products in our store are brand new to ensure customer health and safety.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

For hygiene and health protection reasons, intimate products, including chastity devices, urethral sounds, penis plugs, and other personal-use items, cannot be returned once they have been opened, used, worn, or removed from sealed packaging, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order. If the 14-day period expires on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline will be extended to the next business day.

Please do not refuse delivery and do not send your purchase back to the fulfillment center without prior approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any import duties, customs fees, or taxes associated with the return. These costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

If the value of the returned item exceeds €75 (or the equivalent amount in your local currency), we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
