User manual: Put the tube with the holes and the wire deep in the urethra. Slide the ring over the wires in the urethra, sideways through and behind your slit. Use the booster to slide the ring over the tube in the urethra by pulling on the wires. Pull back the booster. The ring is now over the tube in the urethra and can not pass your slit anymore. Pull on the wires and put a lock through the holes.

To remove, put a wire through the holes and push the tube in the urethra. Wiggle the ring of the tube and carefully slide the ring sideways out of your slit. Remove the tube by pulling on the wires.
